Currently, the children use latrines in poor condition, consisting of just one hole. As the school has no running water, the children pump water from a few meters away, carrying heavy buckets of water throughout the day. This collected water is then used to wash the children's hands.

The latrine renovation work involves tiling the floor and walls, installing a roof, sanitary facilities, hand-washing areas adapted to the children's size, and a top ventilation system.
