Consequences

Children often have only one meal a day, due to a lack of material and human resources. Meals are also lacking in protein and diversification, with most meals consisting mainly of starchy foods.

We took action

Thanks to you, we were able to make the necessary purchases to make the kitchen functional. We now have a cook who provides meals for the children. The Hello Asso pool and donations from the "Aide aux Enfants du Monde" association enabled us to finance the purchase of new kitchen equipment (gas stove, gas bottles, oven, microwave, freezer, blender, solid cutlery and plates for the children, functional knives, ladles, skimmers...). The interior and exterior spaces have also been renovated, with the installation of ceilings and locks, an increase in the capacity of the fireplaces, the repair of a damaged terrace, and the installation of running water in the kitchen areas. Thanks to you, the children can now enjoy 3 meals a day and cook in better conditions. New appliances are stored without fear of theft. Running water in the kitchen and in front of the kitchen makes it easier to wash hands and dishes.
