Previously, a school cafeteria system already existed at the Petit Dan and Sarah School. Meals were served in the Foundation’s refectory.

Today, we would like to reintroduce this meal program by creating a space entirely dedicated to it.

To successfully carry out this project, we will need to construct a building adjacent to the school, which will include a dining hall with seating capacity for 100 people, a fully equipped kitchen, and storage areas.

The total cost of this project is estimated at 19,733,895 XAF (€30,000 or $35,000).

For the cafeteria to be operational by the start of the September 2026 school year, an initial construction phase will be required, with an estimated cost of approximately €12,000.
